These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2025. Continuing to use Lucky31 after this date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Lucky31 ("Lucky31," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the lucky31.ws platform and all associated services. By creating an account on Lucky31, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the platform.
1. Eligibility Required
To open and maintain an account on Lucky31, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky31 strictly prohibits access to minors. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds reviewed pending investigation.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited at the time of placing any bet or transaction.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Lucky31 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when using the Lucky31 platform.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
Lucky31 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 18 will be permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.
2. Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Lucky31 account only. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices – is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your real name, valid mobile number, and date of birth.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your Lucky31 account credentials. Do not share your password, PIN, or OTP with any other person.
- If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Lucky31 support immediately at support@lucky31.ws.
- Lucky31 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its discretion where there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or risk to other players.
- Accounts created using false information, stolen identity, or automated bot systems will be permanently banned and any associated funds will be voided.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
Lucky31 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable regulations. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC).
- Lucky31 may request identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.
- Accepted identification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account registered in your name) may be required.
- Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.
- All documents submitted to Lucky31 are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits
Lucky31 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
- The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for regular accounts.
- All deposit transactions must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Lucky31 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges – please check with your payment provider.
- Deposits are credited to your Lucky31 balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
- Lucky31 reserves the right to reverse deposits where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected. Such funds will not be available for wagering pending investigation.
- By depositing, you confirm that the funds are your own and are derived from legitimate sources.
5. Withdrawals
Lucky31 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to the conditions below. All withdrawals are paid in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing.
- Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within one business day.
- First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours while identity verification is completed.
- Lucky31 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in your own name. Lucky31 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each individual bonus offer.
- Lucky31 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Lucky31 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to the general terms below.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new Lucky31 players only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once.
- All bonus offers carry a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated on each bonus page.
- Lucky31 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where abuse, multi-accounting, or co-ordinated bonus exploitation is suspected.
- Bonuses credited in error must be returned to Lucky31. Any winnings generated from an erroneously credited bonus are not valid and will be voided.
- Unless specified otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days after being credited. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
- Lucky31 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Cashback offers apply to net losses only and are calculated at the rates specified in the relevant promotion. Cashback is credited as bonus funds subject to a standard wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.

7. Betting Rules
All bets placed on Lucky31 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply to the relevant market or title.
- Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by Lucky31, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Please verify all bet details before confirming.
- Lucky31 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that has been affected by a technical error, data feed error, or palpable mistake in odds pricing.
- Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, game, and player account status.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (in sports betting) or Lucky31's game logs (in casino games) will be considered final.
- Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play betting) are subject to a brief delay to prevent misuse of live data advantages. Lucky31 reserves the right to void late in-play bets where a clear advantage has been exploited.
- Lucky31's decisions regarding bet settlements, void bets, and result disputes are final after the internal review process has been completed.
8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Lucky31 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
- Collusion: Any arrangement between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly at poker or live table games.
- Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another player in poker or other multiplayer games.
- Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, script, or automation tool to place bets, spin slots, or interact with any Lucky31 game in an automated manner.
- Advantage play abuse: Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain unintended advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
- Money laundering: Using Lucky31 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin. Lucky31 will report suspected money laundering to the relevant authorities.
- Fraudulent chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or mobile wallet after using the funds for betting.
- Identity fraud: Using another person's identity, payment details, or documents to create or operate a Lucky31 account.
Lucky31 uses risk management and monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Investigations may take time, and accounts may be placed on a temporary hold during this period. Players found guilty of prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed with no recourse to the balance.
9. Responsible Gaming
Lucky31 takes its responsibility towards player welfare seriously. Gambling should be a form of entertainment – not a way to earn income or resolve financial problems. If it stops feeling like entertainment, it's time to step back.
- Every Lucky31 account comes with access to self-imposed daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately when set.
- Players can request a cooling-off period (temporary suspension) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time by contacting support or through the account settings.
- Self-exclusion is available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- Lucky31 will not send marketing communications to players who have self-excluded.

10. Privacy & Data
Lucky31 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept Lucky31's Privacy Policy.
- Lucky31 collects the personal information you provide during registration, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support interactions.
- Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Lucky31 platform experience.
- Lucky31 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Lucky31 employees access player data only on a need-to-know basis.
- You have the right to request a copy of the personal data Lucky31 holds about you by contacting support@lucky31.ws.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky31's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Lucky31 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
- Lucky31 is not responsible for any losses incurred due to internet service interruptions, device failures, power outages, or other technical issues outside Lucky31's direct control that affect your ability to place or complete a bet.
- In the event of a technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Lucky31 will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's balance.
- Lucky31 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions at all times.
12. Amendments to These Terms
Lucky31 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the lucky31.ws website.
- Where changes are material, Lucky31 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
- Your continued use of the Lucky31 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
- If you do not agree to an updated version of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure by contacting support@lucky31.ws.
